How does the escrow work?

The buyer places funds into a secure escrow account before the seller ships any rice. Once the buyer receives and inspects the rice and confirms it meets the agreed specifications, we release the funds to the seller. Neither party can access the escrow funds except through this process — it eliminates all payment risk.

What rice varieties do you trade?

We facilitate trading for all major rice varieties including Basmati (1121, Super Basmati, PK385), IRRI-6, Sella Rice, Broken Rice, and other specialty varieties. Our partner network covers Pakistan's major rice-growing regions and we can connect buyers with the specific variety and grade they need.

What are your fees?

Our fees are success-based — you only pay when your deal closes. Transactions under $50K: 2.5% broker fee. Transactions $50K–$200K: 1.5% broker fee. Transactions $200K+: custom negotiated rate. Fees can be paid by the buyer, seller, or split between both parties. No hidden charges.

How long does a transaction take?

Most transactions are completed in 2–4 weeks from initial agreement to payment release. This includes: 1–3 days to match buyer and seller, 1–2 days to set up escrow, 7–21 days for shipping and delivery depending on origin/destination, then 1–3 days for inspection and payment release. We keep all parties updated throughout.
